Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A sponsored search tool may receive the terms, identifiers, or contact details a visitor enters into that tool. The outside provider sets its own notice and retention rules. Pushmataha County Warrant Records does not treat an outside result as an official court record.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends a message through a provider-controlled form, the provider may receive the information needed to route it. Do not send a Social Security number, private address, sealed filing, juvenile identifier, or another person's sensitive case detail through an advertising or reference form.
Data We Gather Automatically
Web hosting and analytics services may log an IP address, browser type, device details, referring page, date, and general activity. These logs help protect the service, measure traffic, and find broken links. They are not a Pushmataha warrant database.
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies or similar tools may remember preferences, measure visits, or support advertising. A visitor can adjust browser controls, though disabling cookies may affect a provider's features. Outside sites such as OSCN, city pages, PACER, and agency portals use their own tools.
What We Do With This Data
Information may be used to provide page access, maintain security, understand which official routes are useful, answer a direct message when a working contact exists, detect abuse, and measure sponsored-tool performance. We do not use a visitor's query to make a court decision or determine whether a warrant exists.
Data may be processed by service providers that host pages, deliver analytics, display advertisements, or operate the sponsored search widget. Those providers may have separate terms and notices.
No Warrant Data on File
This site does not store an official Pushmataha County warrant roster, court docket, sheriff file, municipal docket, or federal record. OSCN, the Court Clerk, the Sheriff's Office, city courts, EDOK, PACER, and other agencies maintain their own records. Their policies control information sent to them.
The Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. ยงยง24A.1 through 24A.30, governs access to many public records, subject to exemptions. It does not turn this private site into the record keeper, and it does not erase juvenile, sealed, investigative, or protected-identifier limits.
Third-Party Search Partners
Some pages may contain a sponsored search widget operated by a third party. The provider may collect search terms, contact details, device data, payment information, or other information under its own policy. Any price, result, subscription, or retention rule comes from that provider.
Do not assume that using the widget checks OSCN, the sheriff, or a city court. An outside result may be incomplete or outdated and is not a warrant confirmation.
Links to Other Websites
Links to OSCN, Oklahoma statutes, OSBI, Service Oklahoma, Antlers, Clayton, Rattan, EDOK, PACER, the Attorney General, Crime Stoppers, and agency directories lead to sites outside our control. Their privacy notices apply after the visitor leaves these pages.
Review an outside site's policy before sending personal information. Government offices and private providers may keep different records for different purposes.
Who Might See Your Data
Information may be available to the service providers needed to operate pages and sponsored tools. It may also be disclosed when a valid legal process requires it, when needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or when a provider acts under its own policy.
- Hosting, security, and technical service providers
- Analytics and advertising services
- Sponsored search providers
- Government or law-enforcement bodies responding to valid legal process
We do not sell an official warrant file because we do not possess one.
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be used to protect information handled through the site. No internet service is perfectly secure. A visitor should avoid placing sensitive case details into a sponsored search box or an unverified outside form.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor's information is sent to a provider connected with the site, the provider's notice and applicable law control the response. Oklahoma juvenile records also have separate confidentiality limits.
Your Data Rights
Depending on the visitor's location and the service involved, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limits on certain processing. Requests should identify the service that received the information because a sponsored provider, host, analytics service, or government office may be the actual holder.
- Ask what information a service holds about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Ask whether deletion is available under applicable law
- Adjust cookies or opt out of certain provider processing where offered
The Oklahoma Open Records Act concerns access to public-body records, not a private site's promise to reproduce a court or sheriff file. For a warrant record, contact the originating court or agency.
Updates to This Policy
This policy may change when services, law, or site functions change. The revised text becomes effective when posted. A visitor should review the current version before submitting information to a sponsored tool or following an outside records link.
